Francesca Biondi, an artist from Italy, exhibited her paintings at Prussian Blue on 3-Mar-2025.

Francesca Biondi was born in 1981 in a small town in the southeast of Italy, which has always provided her with immediate and easy access to travel routes towards the East.
She is a self-taught painter who has always favored drawing and painting as a means of exploring and expressing herself and her surroundings.
The culture and people of oriental countries have always fascinated her. She has extensively traveled overland to the East to gain a deeper appreciation of the cultural differences and the unique landscapes that exist between her place of origin, southern Italy, and the lands further east.
Through her traveling exhibition project Towards East, she narrates the story of her solo overland journey to Asia through painting and storytelling.
The journey lasted approximately two years, from March 2018 to January 2020, during which she visited fifteen countries: Turkey, Iran, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, China, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, India, Nepal, and Pakistan.
She draws upon her diverse education and life experiences to develop projects that support her creativity and convey a message of unity and sustainability, which she hopes to leave as her legacy to the world.
